There were a total of three movers for my trip, the main one who spoke English but was injured, would tell me one thing but would not follow through. He said 1st they would bring the items inside we cross off the number to ensure its there the. The item can be moved later to where it needed to go. That did not happen, i ended tell the other two where the upstairs items needed to go so i wouldn't have to move it later by myself. He was so focused on the paperwork that he did not explain anything to me but that one forms was for while we were here, and the other is for when they are gone. He didn't realize when they broke the leg off of one of my dressers. He was not focused on the job as much as he should have been. The other two movers did an amazing job. I did not receive copies of the forms that i wrote on, and when i was doing my last recount of everything, I felt rushed and i had to tell him " i am doing a double check wait" im not sure if he understood but that was not acceptable. The moving work was done great,
